Scope of Work
Capricorn District Municipality invites tenders for the construction of Phasha Water Supply Contract B at Phasha village within Molemole Local Municipality. The works entail the provision and installation of approximately 5500m of 90mm uPVC pipe, 23750m of 75mm uPVC pipe, 1200m of 80mm galvanised steel pipe, 5300m of 32mm HDPE pipe, 2000m of 25mm HDPE pipe, and 685 metered household connections, including necessary fittings, hydraulic pipe testing, disinfection, and pipeline markers.
Only tenderers with a CIDB contractor grading of 6CEPE/7CE or higher are eligible. Joint ventures are also eligible if every member is CIDB registered and the combined grade is equal to or higher than 6CEPE/7CE. Bidders must demonstrate that they will employ management and supervisory staff with labour-intensive competencies during the contract validity period.
