Scope of Work
South Cape TVET College invites qualified and experienced service providers to supply, install, and administer Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) services college-wide for a period of three years. This involves installing a Cloud-based VoIP system, including network infrastructure upgrades (CAT5e cabling, PoE switches), network cabinets, and telephone handsets across its various campuses, while ensuring seamless migration from the existing VoIP system.
To be eligible, bidders must attend a compulsory virtual briefing session and site visits if they are first-time bidders. Bids will be evaluated based on qualified specifications, price, and preference (80/20 system). Bidders must be registered on the National Treasury's Centralised Supplier Database, submit a valid Tax Clearance Certificate/PIN, and provide a B-BBEE Status Level Verification Certificate or sworn affidavit to qualify for preference points.
