Scope of Work
Enoch Mgijima Local Municipality seeks to appoint an accredited training provider to conduct Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSIRA) Grade E (Access Control / Gate Security) and Grade D (Access Control with Patrol Clock Point System) security training for seventy (70) internal staff members and unemployed youth within Komani, Tarkastad, Molteno, Sterkstroom, and Whittlesea. The training must be both PSIRA and SASSETA accredited, encompassing theoretical and practical components over a total duration of 10 days.
Bidders must be accredited by PSIRA as a Training Centre for Grade E and D, possess SASSETA accreditation for National Certificate: General Security Practices - NQF Level 3, and employ PSIRA Grade A+ Registered Instructors with NQF 5 Facilitators Certificates. Bidders must be registered on the CSD, provide a valid SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN, submit a company profile detailing relevant prior experience, and hold valid public liability insurance. The service provider must be from within the Eastern Cape to gain an advantage.
