Scope of Work
The National Health Laboratory Service (NHLS) requires the placement of pre-analytical planting and streaking machine TAD microbiology, including service, maintenance, and consumables, for a period of five (5) years. This automated instrument is sought to improve efficiency and productivity in identifying microorganisms and determining antibiotic susceptibility, addressing the current inefficiencies and variability of manual streaking methods for high specimen volumes, thereby reducing human error and supporting better clinical outcomes.
Bidders must comply with all preferential procurement pre-qualification requirements and essential returnable documents, including a valid Tax Clearance Certificate or CSD report, audited financial statements not older than two years, and a COIDA Letter of Good Standing.
