Scope of Work
The scope of this tender is for the appointment of an additional two (2) service providers to the panel for the supply and delivery of fuel for a period of 36 months as and when required by the Steve Tshwete Local Municipality.
Bidders must achieve a minimum functionality score of 70 points to proceed to the next evaluation stage. Eligibility also requires registration on the Central Supplier Database, not being in the service of the state, and not being an advisor/consultant contracted with the municipality. Bidders must also submit all compulsory documents as listed in Annexure A, including a valid company registration certificate, proof of municipal account not in arrears, and a valid wholesale fuel license.
