Scope of Work
The purpose of this tender is to appoint a suitable service provider with the requisite expertise for the design, installation, construction, and commissioning of above-ground biogas biodigesters for rural households in the eMaswazini area, uMgungundlovu District, for a period of six months. The aim is to generate biogas from organic residues (cow dung, kitchen waste, agricultural residues) for household usage such as cooking, hot water, space heating, and electricity generation.
Bidders are required to demonstrate administrative compliance by submitting all compulsory quotation documents as outlined in Section B. Furthermore, bidders must achieve a minimum qualifying score of 60% on functionality criteria, including methodology, company experience, and key expert qualifications. The successful bidder must be registered on the Central Suppliers Database (CSD) and provide valid proof of CIDB grading 2GB (General Building) or 2ME (Mechanical Works).
