Essential returnable documents, including a valid B-BBEE Status Level Verification Certificate or Sworn Affidavit, Company Resolution, and a comprehensive Business Plan, are mandatory. Bidders are required to achieve a minimum of 66.67 out of 100 points in the functionality/technical evaluation stage to progress to the next stage, and must submit rental offers strictly in accordance with the provided schedule to avoid disqualification.
