This tender invites bids for the leasing of approximately 800 square metres of vacant office space in George for a five-year fixed-term lease, commencing 1 March 2027. The property must also provide a minimum of 20 secured parking bays, 3 lockable garages, and 2 disabled parking spaces. All building structures must comply with Department of Public Works specifications (DPW-11.1 LS) and SAPOA office grading, featuring high-quality finishes, air conditioning, and comprehensive security measures such as CCTV, alarm systems, and armed response.
Eligible bidders must propose properties situated in a safe, easily accessible area within 50 Kms of main roads, with convenient access to public transport and public parking, and not adjacent to businesses generating disruptive fumes or noise. Bidders must be either property owners or managers, and are mandated to submit approved floor plans, an occupation certificate, and current plumbing, electrical, and fire certificates. Accreditation with a relevant regulatory body in property management is also a specific requirement for this bid.
