SAFCOL invites suitably qualified property owners and landlords from other organs of state to submit Expressions of Interest for the leasing of suitable office accommodation for a period of five years within the Pretoria/Tshwane metropolitan area and Mbombela/Nelspruit. The purpose of this EOI is to identify suitable properties that meet SAFCOL's operational, accessibility, security, and accommodation requirements while offering value for money.
Eligibility requires the bidder to be a property owner or landlord from another organ of state with available office accommodation.
