Scope of Work
The City of Tshwane Roads and Transport Department requires a suitably qualified and experienced service provider to manage the City's Railway Safety Management System (SMS). This includes auditing the current SMS, updating it for RSR compliance, managing the RSR submission and approval process, and conducting physical condition and risk assessments of railway infrastructure and level crossings, in full compliance with relevant legislation and standards.
Only bidders registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) with a valid CSD Number will be considered. Bidders must meet all administrative and mandatory compliance requirements as outlined in the tender documentation to proceed to the preference points stage.
