Scope of Work
The Department of Tourism requires catering services for 120 delegates on 14 and 15 November 2026. Services are to be delivered at the University of the Western Cape, Cape Town. The scope includes arrival morning tea, mid-morning tea, lunch with one soft drink per person and three bottles of water per person (total 362 bottles), and specific lunch components (two starch, two meats, one vegetable, one salad), plus an additional 120 canned soft drinks.
Bidders must submit responsive bids by completing all pricing and item information for the entire scope of work. Submissions must include all required Standard Bidding Documents (SBD forms), a SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN or printed TCS certificate, and a Central Supplier Database (CSD) number. Bids will not be considered from persons or entities in the service of the State.
