Scope of Work
Appointment of a service provider to supply, deliver, and offload various construction materials and associated items, on an as-and-when required basis, for the construction of Tzaneen Dam over a period of twelve (12) months. This includes ready-mix concrete, bulk cement, bagged cement, non-shrink cementitious grout, pre-cast kerbs, gravel materials, crusher-run, and reinforcement bars.
Bidders must submit the tender document as a whole, with all forms properly completed in black ink. The successful bidder will be required to subcontract a minimum of 70% of the contract value, with specific portions (30%) allocated to enterprises owned by black women and youth, and local SMMEs. A CIDB Grade 7GB registration is required for subcontractors in the construction industry.
