Following an explosion in 2014 and subsequent demolition work, significant openings remain in the boiler house structure. The scope of work includes the deconstruction and removal of existing damaged sheeting and cladding, followed by the procurement, supply, and installation of new side steel cladding and sheeting to fully enclose Unit 3, matching adjacent units.
To be eligible, bidders must demonstrate mandatory technical criteria, including certified rope access technicians (levels 1, 2, and 3) with a minimum of five years' verifiable experience in roof sheeting installation, supported by certified IDs and valid rope access certificates. Furthermore, bidders must achieve a minimum weighted technical score of 70% based on company experience, execution method statement, and the qualifications and experience of proposed project managers and site agents.
