Scope of Work
SASSETA seeks to appoint a panel of two service providers for the comprehensive supply, delivery, configuration, support, and maintenance of its Information and Communication Technology (ICT) infrastructure. This includes, but is not limited to, servers, switches, firewalls, Mobile UPS, and all related components. The contract will run from the date of appointment until 31 March 2030, with an option for extension up to five additional years.
