Appointment of a Service Provider for Identity and Access Management System Supply, Implementation, Support, Maintenance, and Managed Services (five Years)

The scope of this tender is for the appointment of a suitably qualified and experienced service provider to supply, implement, and provide support, maintenance, and managed services for an Identity and Access Management (IAM) system for a period of five (5) years. This includes the full lifecycle from initial deployment to ongoing operational management and technical assistance.Bidders must demonstrate suitable qualifications and extensive experience in implementing and managing enterprise-grade Identity and Access Management solutions. Prospective service providers are required to meet all technical, functional, and financial criteria specified in the tender documents to be considered eligible for this appointment.
