Appointment of Travel Management Agents for Eastern Cape Department of Education

The Eastern Cape Department of Education (ECDoE) seeks to appoint qualified Travel Management Agents to provide comprehensive travel and accommodation facilitation services for a period of three (3) years. This includes booking flights, accommodation, and other related travel logistics for departmental personnel. The contract may be extended based on budget availability, supplier performance, and the needs of the ECDoE.
Prospective bidders must be registered and reputable Travel Management Agents with demonstrated experience in providing similar services, particularly to large organizations or government entities. Bidders are required to comply with all tender specifications, administrative requirements, and demonstrate the financial capacity to manage the scale of services required by the ECDoE.
