Appointment of a Fibre Internet Service Provider for All Theewaterskloof Municipal Sites, as and When Required, from Date of Appointment Until 30 June 2029

Theewaterskloof Municipality invites proposals for the design, provision, installation, commissioning, maintenance, and management of a resilient and scalable fibre internet solution and Wide Area Network (WAN) for all its municipal sites. This three-year agreement, from the date of appointment until 30 June 2029, aims to connect all offices to the head office Data Centre, with an option to expand to additional fibre sites.
Eligible bidders must be registered on the CSD, have priced on all items in the Pricing Schedule, and possess previous experience demonstrating a similar scope of work at a minimum of three institutions, evidenced by three reference letters. Bidders must also comply with all eligibility and responsiveness criteria outlined in the tender documents.
