This tender is for the hire of suitable office accommodation for the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development's Port Shepstone, uGu District Office. The required space is 286m² of assignable office accommodation plus 20%-25% (71.50m²) non-assignable space, totalling 357.50m², along with 15 lock-up bays, 8 undercover bays, 5 open bays, and 1 bay for persons with disabilities, for a period of 5 years with an option to renew for 4 years and 11 months.
Bidders must comply with all administrative and mandatory requirements, including registration on the Central Suppliers Database (CSD) and submission of a valid Tax Clearance Certificate/PIN. Attendance at the compulsory briefing session is required, and late submissions or bids sent via telefax/email will not be accepted.
