Appointment of a Service Provider for the Supply, Install and Maintenance of a Workshop Management System for a Period of Three Years

The Alfred Duma Local Municipality requires a service provider for the supply, installation, and maintenance of a Workshop Management System for a period of three (3) years. The municipality currently operates a fleet management system for approximately 300 vehicles, including sedans, LDVs, trucks, compactors, and yellow plant, and seeks a robust WMS to optimize automotive, repair, or service operations, including job scheduling, inventory management, CRM, invoicing, and reporting.
Bidders must be suitably qualified and experienced organizations or consortia with a proven track record of successfully completing similar work in either the public or private sector for a fleet of 200 or more vehicles. A minimum functionality score of 80% is required to be eligible for the second round of evaluation, and attendance at the compulsory briefing session is mandatory. Additionally, bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and ensure their tax matters and municipal accounts are in order.
