Port Shepstone: Hire of Office Accommodation for Department of Agriculture, Ugu District Office

This tender is for the hire of suitable office accommodation for the Department of Agriculture: Port Shepstone, Ugu District Office. The required space is 286m² of assignable office accommodation plus 20%-25% (71.50m²) of non-assignable space, totalling 357.50m². The accommodation must also include 15 lock-up bays, 8 undercover bays, 5 open bays, and 1 bay for persons with disabilities, for a period of 5 years with an option to renew for 4 years 11 months.

Bidders must ensure administrative compliance and meet all mandatory requirements (Phase 1 & 2). It is compulsory to attend the briefing session on 23 July 2026 at 11:00 am at 17 Andreasen Road, Port Shepstone. Bidders must be registered on the Central Suppliers Database (CSD) and submit all required official forms including SBD documents, tax compliance proof, B-BBEE certificate/affidavit, and property-related documents such as title deeds, architectural plans, and occupation certificates.
