Appointment of Service Provider for Managed Sdwan and Internet Services for Five Years

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to secure a qualified and experienced service provider to deliver, implement, support, and maintain managed SDWAN and Internet services for SEDFA across all 71 offices over a five-year period. The primary objective is to establish a network solution that ensures high performance, availability, security, and scalability, supporting SEDFA's digital transformation, business systems, cloud services, remote access, and robust cybersecurity controls.

Eligibility for this tender requires bidders to attend a compulsory briefing session and achieve a minimum functionality score of 70 out of 100 points to be considered for further evaluation. Additionally, strict adherence to all mandatory submission requirements, including specific SBD forms, valid B-BBEE documentation, tax compliance, and CSD registration, is essential, as non-compliance will lead to disqualification.
