Scope of Work
The South African Health Products Regulatory Authority (SAHPRA) requires an electronic signature solution for a period of 36 months, covering deployment, licensing, and ongoing support. This solution is intended to enable SAHPRA to electronically sign and approve documents, moving towards a paperless operational strategy to enhance efficiency and speed.
Bidders must be an accredited reseller, partner, or original developer/manufacturer of the electronic signature solution. They must also be registered on the national Central Supplier Database (CSD) and comply with all SAHPRA requirements, including the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act of 2002 and POPI Act 4 of 2013.
