Scope of Work
The Department of Public Works and Infrastructure invites suitably qualified and registered security companies to a panel of security service providers for armed and unarmed guarding services. These services will be provided on an "as and when" basis for a period of three years, with a possible two-year extension.
Bidders must have fully operational offices in the Free State Province, be registered with PSIRA, COIDA, PSSPF, and the NBCPSS, and ensure all security officers are graded. Bids will be evaluated based on mandatory compliance, functionality (minimum 109 out of 155 points), site visits, and an 80/20 preference point system, followed by price negotiations.
