Scope of Work
The scope of this tender is for the maintenance of existing 11kV indoor switchgears at Fidel Castro Building in Bloemfontein for a period of three (3) years. This comprehensive service includes preventative maintenance, professional execution by qualified personnel, planned service repairs, inspection, cleaning, testing, repair/replacement of components, safety testing, record keeping, and ad-hoc work to ensure reliable operation.
Bidders must be suitably qualified contractors, joint ventures or consortiums with a CIDB grading designation of 4EP or higher. A compulsory clarification meeting is required for all bidders, and all partners in a Joint Venture must be individually registered, with the lead partner holding at least a 3EP grading.
