Scope of Work
The Mvula Trust invites suitable and qualified Contractors for the construction of new sanitation facilities at Qwidlana Junior Secondary School in the Eastern Cape Province, under the Sanitation 17 Programme. The scope includes the construction of 17-seat VIP ablution facilities with rainwater harvesting tanks, stormwater channels, subsoil drainage, aprons, walkways, access ramps, garden walls, and demolition of existing inappropriate facilities.
Bidders must be registered with the CIDB with a grading of 4GB or higher, and their registration must be valid on the day of evaluation and award. Joint ventures are permitted subject to all members being CIDB registered and collectively meeting the stipulated requirements, with separate CSD and SARS tax compliance for each JV partner. All bids must be submitted physically to the tender box at the specified address.
