Supply, Package and Delivery of Medals, Trophies, Sporting and Recreational Items (ending 30 June 2029)

The Stellenbosch Municipality requires a service provider to supply, package, and deliver medals, trophies, sporting, recreational, and other additional items on an "as and when required" basis for a period ending 30 June 2029. The items are intended to assist communities and organizations, specifically sport organizations and elderly clubs, through ward allocation funding. This tender also allows other municipal departments to utilize it for procurement.
Tenderers must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and comply with all tax obligations. A compulsory clarification meeting will be held, and failure to attend will result in non-compliance. Bids must be submitted on the official forms provided, in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the tender number, and placed in the physical tender box before the closing time. Bidders must also provide proof of previous experience for each category tendered.
