Scope of Work
Durban Marine Theme Park trading as uShaka Marine World (DMTP) requires the provision, implementation, operation, and ongoing support of a fully integrated, end-to-end Online Ticketing System on a commission-only basis. The appointed service provider will be responsible for delivering a secure, scalable, and user-friendly digital ticketing solution that enhances customer experience, supports revenue growth, and enables real-time operational insights.
Tenderers must be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) as a service provider; for Joint Ventures, each party must be registered. Only bidders with fully paid municipal fees or who have concluded debt acknowledgement agreements with the Municipality are eligible to tender. No tender will be considered from persons in the service of the state.
