Quantity Surveying Services (stage 5 to 6) for Morena Tshohisi Moloi Ii Primary School Construction

The Free State Department of Public Works and Infrastructure invites Expressions of Interest from Quantity Surveying Consultants to provide professional services for the construction of Morena Tshohisi Moloi II Primary School in Harrismith. The scope of work specifically covers services from Stage 5 (construction documentation and management) through Stage 6 (project close-out) for a new primary school facility that includes 25 classrooms, 3 Grade R classrooms, a media centre, a science laboratory, an administration block with parking, a nutrition centre, a multipurpose hall, a security room, and sports facilities.
To be eligible, bidders must be registered as a Professional Quantity Surveyor (PrQS) with the South African Council for the Quantity Surveying Profession (SACQSP) and ensure their key staff hold relevant built environment qualifications. A compulsory clarification meeting is required, and bidders must comply with all mandatory administrative and compliance requirements as detailed in the tender documents, submitting comprehensive documentation for functionality evaluation, firm and key staff experience, methodology, and financial capability.
