Database for Professional Town & Regional Planners and Land Surveyors for Township Establishment and Informal Settlement Formalisation

The Limpopo Department of Co-operative Governance, Human Settlements and Traditional Affairs seeks to establish a database of professional service providers. This database will comprise Professional Town & Regional Planners and Land Surveyors who will provide essential town planning and surveying services for various initiatives including township establishment, the demarcation of sites, and the formalisation of informal settlements over a period of thirty-six (36) months.This opportunity is open to qualified and experienced Professional Town & Regional Planners and Land Surveyors who meet the specific professional and regulatory requirements for such services. Applicants must be registered with the relevant professional bodies and demonstrate the capacity to undertake projects related to township establishment, site demarcation, and informal settlement formalisation.
