Scope of Work

The North West Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (NW DARD) seeks to appoint a panel of accredited training service providers for a period of thirty-six (36) months. The scope includes providing various training programmes to farmers, encompassing practical on-farm training for different commodities and digital technologies, ensuring implementation within set timelines, compiling portfolios of evidence, and facilitating NQF Level 2 to 4 certificate awards.
Bidders must be accredited by a relevant recognized SETA and be capable of collaborating with TVET Colleges. They are required to have office and training facilities, facilitators and assessors registered with SAQA, and must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) with a valid SARS Tax Pin. Joint ventures must also be registered on CSD with tax compliance status, and all parties must make full disclosures.
