Supply, Delivery, Installation, Training, and Acceptance Testing of Spect/ct System at Tygerberg Hospital

The tender is for the comprehensive supply, delivery, installation, demonstration, training, and acceptance testing of a state-of-the-art multi-head Single Photon Emission Computed Tomography/Multi-Slice Computed Tomography (SPECT/CT) system. This includes all associated hardware, software, and accessories, along with the removal and safe disposal of the existing SPECT/CT system, and the establishment of a new control room and installation of the new SPECT/CT in the current scanner room at Tygerberg Hospital. Installation must be completed by February 2027.
Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) with a valid tax compliance status and must submit bids on official, signed forms. All equipment and software must be licensed for sale in South Africa, with proven local service, spares, and application support. The equipment must be currently in production and clinically tested. Bidders must also provide a list of existing users and attend a compulsory site meeting; failure to attend will result in disqualification. Required documents include certified copies of Hazardous Substances Act license and SAHPRA certificate.
