Office Accommodation for the Limpopo Office (polokwane)

The Commission for Gender Equality (CGE) invites bids from suitably qualified and experienced Property Developers/Investors or Facilities Management service providers for the leasing of new office accommodation facilities/properties in the Polokwane CBD, Limpopo area. The required facility will serve as corporate office space for CGE's day-to-day operations and must include support services such as cleaning, security, and comprehensive facility management.
Bidders must own the leased property or have a signed deed of sale agreement if the property is being sold. The proposed property must have a Gross Leasable Area (GLA) of a minimum of 250m² for office space and provide at least 9 easily accessible under-cover parking bays. It must comply with all relevant legislative requirements, including universal access for people with disabilities, OHS, electrical, and fire regulations, and be located within 6km of the Polokwane CBD.
