Canteen Management and Catering Services for Council for Geoscience (3 Years)

The Council for Geoscience (CGS) invites bids from service providers for the provision of canteen management and catering services at its Head Office in 280 Pretoria Street, Silverton, Pretoria, for a period of three (3) years. The scope includes daily canteen operations (meal preparation, cooking, serving, supply of food items, stock management, hygiene) and ad-hoc catering for meetings and events.

To be eligible, bidders must submit all listed returnable documents, including completed SBD forms, proof of CSD registration and tax compliance, certified company registration, B-BBEE certificate/affidavit, COIDA letter, and a valid certificate of acceptability for food premises. Bidders must attend a compulsory briefing session and achieve a minimum functionality threshold of 80 points to proceed to the price and specific goals evaluation stage.
