Appointment of a Service Provider to Review the Provincial Spatial Development Framework (psdf) for Mpumalanga Province

The Department of Land Reform and Rural Development (DLRRD), under the Branch Spatial Planning and Land Use Management (SPLUM), requires a suitably qualified, well-resourced, and experienced service provider/multi-disciplinary team to review the Provincial Spatial Development Framework (PSDF) for Mpumalanga Province within a period of fourteen (14) months.
Bidders must submit a resolution authorizing the signatory, proof of professional registration and experience for the Project Team Leader (SACPLAN, 10+ years) and GISc Practitioner (SAGC, 6+ years), and completed SBD3 forms. Furthermore, bidders must be tax compliant, registered on the CSD (or provide SARS PIN/TCS), and meet a minimum functionality threshold of 70 points to proceed to the price and preference evaluation stage.
