Appointment of an Accredited Service Provider to Render Social Facilitation Services for Asbestos Roofs Assessment Review, Removal, and Replacement of Government-subsidized Units Within the North West Province

The Housing Development Agency (HDA) requires an accredited service provider for social facilitation services related to the assessment, review, removal, and replacement of asbestos roofs on government-subsidized units within the North West Province. The objective is to ensure effective stakeholder cooperation and coordination, implement a community participation and facilitation plan, identify and address community concerns, participate in Project Steering Committee meetings, and foster overall community buy-in for these projects in Ketlengriver and JB Marks Local municipalities.
Bidders must comply with all RFP requirements, including self-registration on National Treasury's Central Supplier Database (CSD) and maintaining tax compliance. Joint Ventures or Consortia must submit a signed agreement detailing the percentage split of business and provide consolidated proof for specific goals. Bids will undergo a two-stage evaluation process, with a minimum technical/functionality threshold of 70% before proceeding to the price and specific goals stage.
