Appointment of a Service Provider to Render an Integrated Employee Health, Wellness & Work-life Balance Programme to the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (ccma) for a Period of Thirty-six (36) Months

The Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA) seeks a service provider to deliver a comprehensive, integrated Employee Health, Wellness & Work-Life Balance Programme for a period of thirty-six (36) months. The programme must support the CCMA's strategic mandate by providing a holistic, preventative, responsive, and people-centred wellness programme accessible across all regions and employee categories.
Bidders must submit a valid and certified certificate from the Employee Assistance Professionals Association of SA (EAPA-SA) and a valid professional registration certificate (HPCSA or SACSSP) for the Lead Account Clinician. Furthermore, registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) with a valid tax clearance status PIN is mandatory. Failure to attend the compulsory virtual briefing session will lead to disqualification.
