Professional Service Provider for Provision of IT Support Services at Overberg Water Board for 36 Months

Overberg Water (OW) invites professional service providers to deliver IT support services across its offices, including its Head Office in Somerset West and satellite water schemes in Caledon, Swellendam, and Heidelberg, for a period of 36 months. The services encompass hardware and software setup, installation, maintenance, network configuration, remote user support, and repair of IT equipment such as PCs, servers, network switches, access points, and UPS.
Bidders must comply with Overberg Water's SCM Policy & Procedures and PPPFA principles. They must submit a valid B-BBEE Verification Certificate or a sworn affidavit for EMEs. Key IT Support Personnel must possess accredited IT support certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified, ITIL, CCNA) or a recognized qualification in IT, Computer Science, or Information Systems (minimum NQF Level 5). The bidder's enterprise must be located within the Western Cape.
