The appointed service provider shall deliver a comprehensive range of maintenance services to ensure optimal functionality, reliability, and longevity of the integrated audio-visual and conference systems. The scope includes preventive maintenance, corrective (reactive) maintenance, replacement of equipment, and critical meeting support for the Bosch DCN digital conference system and Kramer-based video distribution and control system at Polokwane Municipality's New Council Chambers, Old Council Chambers, and the Mayor's Parlour.
Bidders must comply with all administrative requirements, including submitting a valid CSD report, municipal rates and taxes proof (or lease agreement/tribal authority letter), certified ID copies of directors, and completed MBD forms. They must also achieve a minimum functionality score of 80 points to proceed to the price and specific goals evaluation.
