Supply, Delivery of Computer Equipment and Peripheral Devices for a Three-year Period

Polokwane Municipality invites bids for the supply and delivery of computer equipment and peripheral devices, including laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, tablets, storage, and other related ICT peripherals. The equipment is to be delivered to the Municipality's designated offices or sites on an as-and-when-required basis for a period of three (3) years. The appointed service provider will also be responsible for the installation of projectors and projector screens.

Bidders must adhere to all technical specifications, possess a valid ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System certificate, and demonstrate the financial capacity to execute the contract. Essential eligibility criteria include proven experience in similar ICT equipment supply projects. All bids must be submitted on the official forms provided, completed in black ink with all pages initialed, and include a valid Central Supplier Database (CSD) number and tax compliance certificate. Non-compliance with critical criteria will result in disqualification.
