Supply, Delivery, Installation and Maintenance of Online Booking System for Three Years

This tender is for the supply, delivery, installation, and maintenance of an integrated Online Booking System (OBS) for Polokwane Municipality for a period of three years. The system aims to digitise public service delivery, allowing citizens, businesses, and internal departments to reserve facilities and book services online, manage appointments, and improve operational efficiency across various municipal services like community halls, sports grounds, customer care, vehicle licensing, water/electricity consultations, public consultations, site inspections, and business licensing. The system must provide real-time availability, reduce waiting times, prevent double bookings, and automate confirmations and notifications.
Bidders must comply with administrative requirements, including full completion and initialing of bid forms, submission of certified ID copies of directors/members/shareholders, a valid tax compliance status (TCS)/CSD report, a joint venture agreement if applicable, and a pricing schedule completed in black ink with all alterations signed. They must also submit proof of payment of municipal rates and taxes or a valid lease agreement/letter from the tribal authority, not older than 3 months. Bidders must also demonstrate financial ability and provide a project implementation plan and details of key resources with their qualifications and experience.
