Information Communication Technology Support for Three Years

The Okhahlamba Local Municipality requires service providers to provide Information & Communication Technology support services, covering key performance areas such as computer hardware and software availability, advanced technical assistance for specific products (Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft server 2012, Veeam Backup and replication, ESET Remote Administration Control, ESET Endpoint Antivirus), ICT strategy and governance implementation, general ICT support, preventative maintenance, server and data backup checks, network management, internet connectivity and emails, security risk management, event log monitoring, disk storage maintenance, Windows Server update Services management, patch management, IT infrastructure upgrades, security process review, mobile technology management, license schedule management, annual ICT Plan and Policy updates, technology advisories, downtime reporting, ISP/internet/email cutover, all ICT related matters, audit query resolution, and skills transfer to the ICT unit.
Bidders must be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) and Okhahlamba Local Municipality's database. Submissions must be on official forms, completed in black ink, and submitted physically. Bidders must pass a functionality threshold of 80% to proceed to the price and preference evaluation stage. Required documents include CSD Report, Tax Clearance Certificate/Pin, Company Registration Certificate, Certified IDs of directors/management, B-BBEE Certificate/Affidavit, Rates bill/proof of residence/Lease agreement, Microsoft Account/Partnership Certificate, Cloud Hosting Registration (Teraco/AWS/AZURE), Mimecast Account proof, and ISO: 27001 certification. Foreign suppliers must answer a specific questionnaire.
