Procurement of Office Accommodation for Vredendal Local Office

This tender seeks operational lease proposals for office accommodation for Legal Aid SA's Vredendal Local Office for a minimum period of five (5) years. The landlord must be willing to undertake all necessary refurbishments in line with Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) requirements and provide a habitable building compliant with all relevant acts and standards.
