Appointment of a Environmental Assessment Practitioner for the Refinement of the Bergrivier Municipality Coastal Management Programme (cmp)

Appointment of an Environmental Assessment Practitioner (EAP) is required to refine the Bergrivier Municipality Coastal Management Programme (CMP), 2026. This includes indicating responsibilities for action items across national, provincial, district, and local government levels, as well as developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The service provider is expected to manage the project, present monthly progress reports, facilitate public participation processes and workshops, and prepare necessary documentation and presentations to Council.
Suitably qualified and experienced service providers, particularly those with a minimum of 5 years' experience in Environmental Management and coastal management programmes for local municipalities, are invited to tender. Bidders must be registered on the National Treasury's Central Supplier Database (CSD) and comply with all tax obligations and municipal rates/services. Attendance at a compulsory clarification meeting is required.
