Scope of Work
The scope of works involves the refurbishment of the Media Room at the domestic Terminal B of OR Tambo International Airport, designed for 110 occupants. This comprehensive project includes a condition assessment, design phase with 3D graphic presentations and mock-up drawings, structural & architectural works (walls, painting, ceiling refurbishment, flooring, podium/stage, doors, carpentry, plumbing), electrical & mechanical works (rewiring, HVAC, lighting, fire detection, signage), audio-visual systems (cabling, projector/LED screen, sound system), furniture (layout, seating, workstations, storage), and IT & networking (cabling, Wi-Fi, server/media hub, security systems).
