Appointment of a Service Provider to Render a Comprehensive Health and Safety Medical Surveillances Programme for the Entire Municipal Staff Complement for a Period of Three (3) Years

The Mogale City Local Municipality invites tenders for a comprehensive health and safety medical surveillance programme for its entire municipal staff complement, on an as and when required basis, for a period of three (3) years. This programme aims to prevent occupational diseases, ensure fitness for duty, provide compliance-based reporting, and maintain confidential medical records and surveillance registers, covering all municipal employees through core screening and risk-based additional tests.
Bidders must adhere to specific eligibility criteria, including attending a compulsory briefing session on 01 September 2026 and scoring a minimum of 14 out of 32 points in the functionality evaluation to proceed to the 80/20 preference point system. Mandatory returnable documents include all official MBD forms completed in original handwriting, CSD report, tax compliance proof, B-BBEE certificate/affidavit, current municipal rates and taxes accounts (or relevant alternatives), reference letters for company experience, and proof of mobile clinic resources. Non-compliance with these requirements or any use of correction fluid will result in disqualification.
