Appointment of a Panel of Qualified and Experienced Law Firms to Provide Professional Legal Services to the Nkomazi Special Economic Zone (nsez) for a Period of Three (3) Years

The Nkomazi Special Economic Zone (NSEZ) invites bids for the appointment of a panel of up to 10 qualified and experienced law firms to provide professional legal services for a period of three (3) years. Services required include representing the Authority in litigation, advising on regulatory matters, representation in public hearings/inquiries, and general legal support across various categories such as Labour Law, Commercial Law, Legislative Drafting, Administrative Law, Competition Law, Environmental Law, Corporate Governance, and Constitutional Law.
To be eligible, bidders must submit all mandatory returnable documents, including a valid Tax Compliance Status, CSD registration, company registration documents, completed SBD forms, proof of valid registration with the Legal Practice Council (LPC), a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate, admission certificate and certificate of good standing for the Lead Legal Practitioner. Bids will be disqualified if mandatory documents are not submitted, if a minimum functionality score of 70% is not achieved, or if any bidder or its associated persons are in the service of the state.
