Iso Ims (iso 9001, 14001 & 45001) Internal Audit Services for 3 Years

This Request for Proposals (RFP) is for the appointment of a service provider for the provision of ISO IMS (ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001) Internal Audit Services for a period of three (3) years. The audit scope includes conformance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards; evaluation of integration of policies, procedures, and objectives; assessment of occupational health and safety (OHS) risks, environmental impacts, and quality controls; verification of alignment with local, national, and international legal and regulatory requirements; and identification of gaps with actionable recommendations. Services also encompass providing an annual audit plan, executing audits, issuing audit findings and reports within 14 working days, and conducting follow-up audits to ensure findings and risks are actioned and closed.
Bidders must comply with mandatory administrative and returnable requirements including CIPC Registration Documents, a valid Tax Clearance Certificate/PIN, a CSD report (not older than 3 months), a Letter of Good Standing (Department of Labour or RMA), and a UIF Compliance Certificate. A valid B-BBEE Certificate or Sworn Affidavit (SANAS accredited for QSE) and fully completed SBD forms (1, 4, 6.1) are also required. All auditors must be registered with SAATCA or IRCA, with Lead Auditors certified for ISO 9001, 14001, and 45000; Quality Auditors for ISO 9001; Health and Safety Auditors for ISO 45001; and Environmental Auditors for ISO 14001. Bidders must achieve a minimum B-BBEE status level of contributor 3 or higher. Furthermore, bidders will be evaluated on functionality and must achieve a minimum threshold of 70 points out of 100 points to proceed to further evaluation.
