Automation of Supply Chain Management RFQ and Tender Processes

The Mine Health and Safety Council (MHSC) seeks information from the market on available solutions for automating its end-to-end Supply Chain Management (SCM) Request for Quotation (RFQ) and tender processes. The objective is to modernise the current manual and semi-automated methods to enhance efficiency, transparency, compliance, and auditability within its procurement functions. This includes understanding system capabilities, functionalities, architectures, and integration with the existing Promun Integrated Financial Management System (IFMS) to achieve a seamless procure-to-pay process.

While this is a Request for Information and not a bid for contract award, respondents are requested to provide company information including registration details, physical address, company profile, years of experience in SCM automation, number of employees, B-BBEE status with supporting documentation, and CSD registration number. Responses must include both a technical and pricing proposal (SBD 3) and be submitted digitally via email.
