Appointment of a Service Provider to Develop and Implement Ai-powered Multilingual Translation and Interpretation Platform for a Period of 02 Years

The Public Protector South Africa (PPSA) intends to implement an Artificial Intelligence Mobile Language Translation and Transcription Application to improve accessibility, inclusivity, and service delivery for members of the public and internal users. The application will enable real-time and offline translation across South Africa's six official languages and two international languages (Portuguese and French), supporting communication and report transcription within case management activities.
Bidders must ensure administrative compliance by submitting signed SBD 1, SBD 3.3, SBD 4, and SBD 6.1, and must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD). Eligibility also requires the submission of proof for specific preference goals claimed, such as CIPC registration documents, B-BBEE certificates/affidavits, SA ID, or medical certificates for disability.
