Provision of Cleaning Services for Umngeni-uthukela Water North East Region for a Period of 5 Years

This tender is for the provision of comprehensive cleaning services to uMngeni-uThukela Water's North East Region for a period of five years. Services include general and specialized cleaning tasks (e.g., carpet, high-rise window, pressure cleaning), onsite waste management, sanitization, preparation and cleaning of meeting venues, and provision of trained staff, equipment, and consumables while adhering to SHEQ standards and customer satisfaction objectives.
Bidders must attend a compulsory briefing session and be located within the King Cetshwayo District Municipality. Proposals will be evaluated in three stages: Mandatory Requirements, Functionality (with a 70% minimum threshold), and Price and Preference (80/20 system). Bidders must also commit to a minimum 35% Contract Participation Goal, including specific targets for enterprises from the uMngeni-uThukela Water area of operation and local participation.
